Robin Taylor, DPT
Robin is the sole-practitioner of Strive PT and Performance, with more than twenty five years of clinical experience. A two sport athlete at Trinity College, Robin then went on to earn a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. While working in the field, she completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy at the MGH Institute of Health Professions.
The goal at Strive PT is to maximize mobility, address biomechanics, improve movement patterns, all while avoiding unnecessary medical and surgical interventions.

Physical Therapy is the on-ramp to better health
Pain is a call for change. Easing the symptoms matters; lasting results demand addressing the root cause.
Each session pairs manual therapy with targeted exercises, adapting the program as you recover. Over time, the focus shifts to building strength and resilience, keeping you moving throughout the rehab process.
Movement screening that includes alignment, strength, range-of-motion, and soft tissue.

Techniques and exercises modified every session to accelerate healing and meet your goals.

“She has returned me to my baseline and continues to help me become more durable, less injury-prone. After months of getting nowhere elsewhere, I'm incredibly grateful to have her expertise in my corner.”
“Robin worked with my 84-year-old mother to diagnose her movement issues, improve her strength and mobility, and ease pain after multiple falls. Even after treatment ended, she stayed available for follow-up questions.”
“After my daughter's ACL surgery, Robin rehabbed her to play college field hockey. When my son later had knee pain and two surgeons recommended meniscus surgery, Robin helped him avoid it and keep competing in Division 1 athletics.”
Why choose Strive over an in-network provider?
Care at Strive is efficient, built around your specific needs, not around insurance billing codes or productivity quotas.
Every appointment is one-to-one with Robin, start to finish. No aides, no assistants, no handoffs in the middle of your session.
Direct email and text communication with Robin between sessions, so questions about your home program don't have to wait.
New patients are typically seen within two business days.
Treatment decisions are based on what your body actually needs, not what insurance will reimburse.
HSA and FSA funds are accepted. Strive can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network coverage. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.
